Abstract

WE are an 11-vet mixed practice with a purpose-built hospital in a small town in Gloucestershire, and three branch surgeries. Our problems in credit control range from cajoling a cheque out of a large dairy client before the account runs up to £10,000, to apprehending a hamster client who owes £5 and is head-down going towards the exit.
