FOR many veterinary surgeons, as with other professionals in partnership, the problems arising out of employing support and professional staff can be daunting. If these are of a serious enough nature to warrant disciplinary action, it is important to ensure that the procedures are applied properly. Some critical points of good practice, designed to avoid employment problems, are discussed in this article.
