Integrating behaviour counselling into practice

    Caroline Bower works in the Veterinary Hospital Group, Plymouth. She is a member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors and is ccirrently studying for a postgraduate diploma in companion anirmal behaviour counselling at Southampton University.


IT is estimated that one in five dogs has a behaviour problem. The figure for cats is considerably lower, but problems do exist. In this article, Caroline Bower offers some advice to those practitioners who may be considering establishing a behaviour counselling service in their practice.
