Abstract

TAKING time to consider a few simple points before signing a business agreement can help to prevent problems arising later on if something should go wrong. In this article, Rosalind Rayman looks at the implications of some of the clauses that may be included in a business agreement and describes some of the legislation in place to protect those signing such contracts.
