    Roderick I'Anson Banks is a barrister specialising exclusively in partnership law. He edits two major textbooks on the subject and is currently acting as a consultant to the Law Commission on its review of partnership law. He is an Honorary Associate of the BVA.


WITH assistants in practice seemingly becoming increasingly reluctant to move into partnership, the veterinary profession is beginning to consider incorporation as a possible solution. However, contrary to popular opinion, says Roderick l'Anson Banks, the partnership structure continues to offer many advantages, not the least of which is a flexible working relationship for all concerned.
