    John Macfarlane qualified from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 1984. He joined the partnership of the Aln Veterinary Group, a mixed practice in Northumberland, in 1988.

Abstract

ALL veterinary practices retail PML medicines to some extent, but only a few actively promote their sale so that they become an integral and important element of practice turnover. Here, John Macfarlane considers whether PML promotion is a worthwhile practice objective.
