Abstract
THE current economic downturn in agriculture is having knock-on effects on veterinary practices, with the result that some are having to consider very carefully their position in the marketplace. There are a number of alternative ways forward open to practices in this situation, one of which is for two neighbouring practices to merge. In this article, Dixon Gunn explains the process.
