Abstract

IT is to be hoped that, in a veterinary practice, recourse to disciplinary action will rarely be necessary. However, occasions will inevitably arise when disciplinary rules are breached or events occur when an employer will have to take disciplinary or dismissal action against an employee. In this article, Reg Lloyd gives guidance on the procedure that must be followed in such circumstances.
