Abstract

THERE is a general view that business partners should review their partnership arrangements every three to five years. Is this just a form of ‘ambulance-chasing’ on the part of the partnership's professional and financial advisers, or does it make good sense? According to Nick Openshaw, it is the latter, and in this article he discusses why and outlines what such a review might entail.
