Here, in a second article, he provides a more in-depth look at the potential financial benefits of incorporation. He discusses what is involved in becoming a limited company, and addresses some common concerns such as how to handle the admission of new individuals to the practice, the retirement of senior partners from the practice, or indeed the sale of the whole practice.
