Abstract

FOR many organisations, having a website is seen as a necessity for establishing their presence in the marketplace. As Stephen Bamber explains, there are many ways in which the Internet can be an effective resource for veterinary practices and their clients beyond simply providing a means for the practice to say ‘here I am’.
