Limited liability partnerships: is there a real case for conversion?

SOME other professions that have traditionally operated through partnerships have increasingly been converting to limited liability partnership (LLP) status, but few veterinary partnerships have followed suit. In this article, Roderick I'Anson Banks asks whether the reasons commonly given for taking this path are actually justified, and how relevant LLP status is to the veterinary profession.
