    Lynne Hunt is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She currently works as a field personnel consultant for Citation, an employment law and health and safety consultancy that provides services to private sector businesses.


IN the last issue, Lynne Hunt explained that a key aim in introducing performance management into a veterinary practice is to develop and marry up the skills of the individual members of the team with the overall objectives of the business.
