Abstract

IN the last issue, Lynne Hunt explained that a key aim in introducing performance management into a veterinary practice is to develop and marry up the skills of the individual members of the team with the overall objectives of the business. Here she describes a system designed to do precisely that, which may be tailored by practices to meet their own specific requirements and circumstances.
