Abstract

A joint venture is a legal entity formed between two or more parties to undertake an economic activity together. There is a multitude of joint venture arrangements currently in existence within the UK veterinary profession, with the corporate structures being just one option. In this article, Andy Moore outlines what constitutes a joint venture and considers how the different categories of joint venture might operate in veterinary practice.
