Personal safety in veterinary practice

Abstract

Anybody who works with the public can be at risk of violence or aggression in the workplace. For vets, this can be especially true when dealing with emotional clients, upset about the health of their animals or concerned about financial losses. Here, Rachel Griffin talks about possible risks to those in the veterinary profession and how these can be addressed.
